At Sturgeon Construction Ltd. we offer our customers a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all of our waterproofing repairs. Lifetime Warranties are transferable to new homeowners; it does not matter how many times the home sells. Upon completion of waterproofing you will receive a warranty and that is all you will require. Simply pass it on to the new homeowner should you sell.
